Signing up for 35 Ash Grove

Step 1: Download the contract and read it through carefully

Step 2: Print off and sign TWO copies of the contract per group

Step 3: Fill in your contact details here

Step 4: Complete a direct debit form per tenant

Step 5: Meet up with me so I can sign the contract too.

Step 6: If your parents or someone else is paying your deposit and/or rent, they must download this form,
  complete it and return it to me by post.

TWO IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER:

You can avoid the £50 ADMIN FEE PER TENANT if you complete all the steps above within 10 days of the first person signing your contract.

Your BONDS will be taken from your bank accounts by direct debit on or around 1st MARCH. I will give you 10 days' advance notice, as I do with your quarterly rent payments.
