At the helm
JACKIE has been a landlady for over 20 years. As an ex Leeds University student herself, she's got a pretty good idea what makes a student house great to live in. (Apart from good friends, a steady supply of booze and a washing-up rota!)
On the computer
RICHARD is the brains behind our property maintenance database. He hammers away on his keyboard like an evil genius and, as if by magic, we can keep track of repairs, locate items of furniture and much more!
In the van
OWEN is our property maintenance guru. He's got a way with wood and can mend just about anything other than a broken heart. He's our first man on the frontline making sure everything keeps working in our houses.
